A is for alcohol. Because McCoy will ever only seem to tell you just how much he needs you if he has a mint julep in hand.
B is for beaming. Because your true love swears to you not even a Scottish chief of engineering could ever beam his heart back in one piece if you will ever break it. So far, Scotty hasn't had any need to look up the schematics of the heart.
C is for the chess. The 3-D kind as Spock spend more time mussing over that layered chess board and spend more time handling those small pieces them he ever will with you.
D is for diplomacy. Because without any phasers or the power of his entire ship, Kirk can't seem to argue. Therefore Kirk ends up getting to his knees more than he'd ever admit before you.
E is for the Enterprise. The only other women in Scotty's life which will usually get first dibs on his time.
F is for fencing. Because Sulu will always drag your fights with him out into the rec room and you two will fence it out. He usually wins and will take your love as his trophy.
G is for green. Specifically, green-blooded hobgoblin. Because McCoy slips into his southern accent when he's upset, usually when he curses out Spock. The only other time is when he's laying desperate and heavy kisses on you, panting and completely unable to think clearly.
H is for heart. As Spock's heartbeat will always be something you'll feel with your hands and not hear, as your head always rests on his shoulder.
I is for intelligence. Because for all the intelligence and genius anybody may have on that bridge, nobody can come up with a good pick-up line for you.
J is for joke. Because giving McCoy a heart attack after making Spock grow a beard is nothing in compare to what he made your heart do that night.
K is for kill. Because if Kirk ever has to tell his crew to set phaser to kill, he'll spend the entire night with his arms around you and not want to get out of bed in the morning.
L is for languages. Because Sulu will always try to teach you Japanese, Chekov Russian, and Spock Vulcan. Among the first lines your learnt was 'I love you'. Uhura had to translate that for you.
M is for movie. Those old black and white ones Kirk watches with you. You two hardly make it past the first ten minutes after sitting so close together and alone in a dark room.
N is for nothing. As nothing Chekov does could ever make you hate him. Not even after letting you wait for hours on end because he forgot to tell you he took an extra shift. Because he always makes it up plus much more when you two get back together.
O is for original. Because you told McCoy you like him more than his mirror version. He may be onto that lie because every time he pins you down you look completely lost in memories.
P is for pointed ears. Because Spock always mewls when you nip at them, and they'll always turn green when you kiss him (vulcan or human). The half-Vulcan could swear you have a fetish for them.
Q is for quantum. Because that was the only word you understood from Spock as he tried to explain something to you. A kiss usually does a perfect job silencing him. But it leaves him speechless at times, which Kirk isn't too fond of while there is a red alert.
R is for running. Because Scotty can chase you all through engineering before catching you. So much for being a secret admirer.
S is for singing and shower. Because McCoy will always sing something while he's bathing. And even if he's not the most talented, his voice alone makes you smile.
T is for T'hy'la. It has three definitions and fits three people to Spock. Friend is McCoy. Brother is Kirk. And life-long partner is you.
U is for unique. Because even after he saw millions of constellations and wonders and people, he claims you're too special to replace. Unique and in full possession of his heart.
V is for violin. Which Spock has repetitively told you not to call his Vulcan harp. But he will still give you a private concert even after he corrects you for what may be the millionth time.
W is for Warp drive. Because Kirk will always ask about how fast he can push his ship regardless of what Scotty tells him. With you though, he can finally rest easy because he lets you always set the speed.
X marks the spot. Because that spot now has a large keep out sign with an X on it. Just so your boyfriend could set up the perfect date for you in your favourite spot.
Y is for young. Because even though Chekov is the youngest officer, and even though he looks innocent and naïve, he knows exactly how to handle you. Even Kirk's experience doesn't measure up.
Z is for zenith. Because that's the highest point a celestial object can reach. And you feel like your much, much higher up than that when you feel his arms wrap around you.
